A veterinary and agricultural company from Zamochok, Lviv region.
DOKTOR VET, TOV works along the whole livestock chain: we produce medicines and feed that keep animals healthy, and we help farms sell the animals and meat they produce.

Who we are
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU partners, the GDPR.

For customers buying medicines and feed we process: names and positions of farm representatives and veterinarians, contact details, delivery addresses, orders, contracts and payment details.
Where veterinary rules require it, we record the professional details of the veterinarian who orders prescription-only products.
2About animal data
Information about animals — herd size, species, vaccination and treatment needs — is not personal data in itself. It becomes linked to a person only through the farm's owner or manager, and we protect it the same way: it is used only to advise on and supply the right products.
3Sellers and buyers of livestock
When we act as an agent in livestock trade, we process the seller's identity and tax details, bank details, and data required for veterinary documents accompanying the animals, including farm registration and identification numbers of animals.
4Shop customers
You can buy meat in our shop without giving us personal data. Card payments are handled by the bank. If you make a complaint about a product, we ask for your contact details and the purchase details to investigate.
5Who receives data
- state veterinary and food safety authorities — where the law requires, for example for traceability of animals and products;
- carriers and laboratories;
- our bank, accountant, IT and email providers;
- tax and other authorities by law.
We never sell personal data.
6How long we keep it
- Enquiries — 6 months;
- Sales of medicines and veterinary documents — as required by veterinary law;
- Livestock trade and traceability records — as required by law;
- Contracts and accounting — as required by law.
Website: no cookies or analytics; the form opens your email app; Google Fonts receives your IP address.
7Your rights
You can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object, or withdraw consent. Some records must be kept by law and will be deleted when the legal period ends.

8Complaints and changes
You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. When this policy changes, a new version with a new date is issued on this page.
